Only orders cancelled within 2 hours of the placement of order shall be taken into consideration. However, if the vendors or merchants have been notified of the orders and have started the delivery process, the cancellation request shall not be granted.
Requests for refund/cancellations of perishable items, such as digital services, are not accepted. However, the customer may be eligible for refunds or exchanges, if it is sufficiently established by the customer that the goods were of poor quality when it was delivered.
In the event of receiving damaged/ defective item or perceived to be different from the description described on the website or not according to what you had anticipated, You shall be required to report the same to our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the same. Every such instance shall be checked and validated by Us for taking appropriate action.
You shall be required to contact the manufacturer in case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers. The refunds approved by Us shall be refunded within 3-5 days.
