Mr. Sanjeev Garg

Mr. Sanjeev Garg has a long standing association with the automobile industry and is currently the President –Sales Service & Marketing for Force Motors Ltd.

In his long illustrious career, lasting more than 21 years, he has held the top position of GM for Daewoo India’s, India and Malaysia operations, and has conducted business in more than 40 countries. Mr. Garg, has done his MBA from IIM-A and has a broad suite of experience in all customer facing operations like Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Channel Selection and Management, Wholesale Team Management, Retail Processes, Retail Financing and Customer Service.

Salem Lakshmanan Ganapathi ( S.L.Ganapathi)

S.L.Ganapathi is a mechanical engineer from Madras University and 1971 alumnus from IIM-A.

He started his career in the Department of Atomic Energy. He spent ten years in the shipping industry in Kolkata as General Manager, Tata Tea Ltd’s Shipping Agency Division. He played a crucial role in containerisation of international goods to and from India in the eastern and northern regions.

Post 1985, he took an entrepreneurial leap and started a container transportation company. Even after the merger of his company, he continued with his entrepreneurial quest and established Logistics Plus India Ltd. which was a 3PL venture.

He founded Shelka Marketing Services Private Ltd which is the exclusive distributor of GE home appliances in North India. He is a visiting faculty at various B-schools like IIFT and IMI

He is an active Social-worker, supporter to various social causes and is also the president of RWA.

Sameer Nigam

Sameer has more than 15 years experience in Knowledge Transfer and IT enabled services. He has been involved in the area of quality assurance, knowledge transfer methodologies, skill building programs and execution, outsourcing/off-shoring of services, development and execution of large / global projects.

He is Alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad. He did his graduation (B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering in 1992 from HBTI Kanpur and Post Graduation (M.Tech.) in Laser Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur.

He has worked with GENPACT the biggest Business Process Outsourcing company, where he was responsible for end to end transition of Finance & Accounting functions of large US MNCs in retail, defense, aerospace and engineering sectors.

He has supervised setting up of large business process outsourcing establishments for clients such as Kimberly Clarke , Honeywell , Invensys and many other organisations.
