When we were assigned the AskMeBazaar project, we had so many challenges to encounter. Our SMO team immediately started identifying the challenges – low frequency of posts per day, less engagement on posts, no specific theme was followed. Soon after we formulated our strategies and started implementing them. We had launched Facebook campaigns and posted deals and other engaging content at regular intervals. We posted product quiz, world cup product segments, special deals and cricket news. To simplify and explain the crux, we just did the right things at the right time!
